The 2008 Muskie season has been exceptional. The Pond Monster and friends have been having a lot of FUN and catching a lot of Muskies. The Pond Monster knows that muskies cannot count, but people do. Thru the first week of the season the Pond Monster has caught 17 beautiful muskies. All have been over 30" and several have been close to 40". On Sunday the 1st, the Pond Monster decided to take a hike into a small creek that reportedly had some fish. The mosquitoes were plentiful and the walk was long, but the results were fantastic. The first cast resulted in a fat 38"er and several cast later a 39"er. Both muskies came out of a creek that would be more typical of a good trout stream, more research will be done. The Pond Monster
